2005-06: At the BIG EAST Indoor Championship, ran a school-record 500m time of 1:13.88 to finish in fifth place and was a member of the 4x800m relay team that placed fifth, setting a Marquette record (9:10.05)...Claimed first place in the 400m in a time of 59.00 at the Badger Classic, and then again in an indoor personalbest time of 58.29 at the Pepsi Challenge...Ran indoor personal-best times in the 60m (8.25) and 600m (1:35.25 - fourth place finishing), setting a Marquette record, at the Minnesota Gold Country meet ... Placed second in the 500m in a time of 1:18.46 at the Notre Dame Invitational ... Set an indoor personal-best time in the 800 (2:16.83) at the Akron Open ... Ran the second leg of the 4x800m relay that finished in third place at the BIG EAST Outdoor Championship and set a Marquette record (8:55.67) ... Set outdoor personal-best times with a first-place finish in the 400m (56.71) and a third-place finish in the 200m (25.64) at the North Central Invitational ... Placed fourth in the 400m in a time of 57.81 at the Saluki Spring Classic.

2004-05: Clenched a second place finish in the 400m at the Pepsi Challenge with a time of 1:02.22 ... Recorded a time of 1:00.37 in the 400m at the Panther Tune-Up ... Had a season best in the 200m at the Mike Poehlein Invitational with a time of 26.11 ... Recorded a season best of 58.23 in the 400m at the C-USA Championships.

2003-04: Competed in the 400m at both the Indoor and Outdoor C-USA Championships .. Ran a personal best in the 400m of 59.81 at the Cyclone Classic on Feb. 14.
